WHAT WE NEED IS SPEED – Scientific Practice of Getting Fast – Henk’s new book recently came out. It’s the first in a series about his decade long explorations and experiences in the field of elite human sports performance.
The book is not written for scientists although it has a solid science-based background. It’s mainly written for coaches and others, working or interested in explosive sports.
